NEI Online is a website intended as a resource for those involved and/or interested in democratization in Indonesia. The website presents information concerning Indonesian Democracy in order to inform and spread greater awareness among the general public about political developments in the country.

Tools such as a searchable Resource Library, provide visitors with indexed and searchable documents for topical research, newsletters, press release and training materials that can be easily downloaded in PDF format. The library, together with an incorporated Useful Links resource, affords useful analytical data to promote greater development and understanding.

This, combined with updated news and a Programs and Activities section on the site, encourage political engagement and civic involvement by providing easily accessible information and technology to strengthen political party organizations and to inform and bring the public closer to the process of democratization.
